Resident. Widespread but very local in Britain as
far north as Lancashire.
Montgomeryshire Status
This species was not only a new record for the county in 2010 but also
for the whole of north Wales.

Lifestage data
Leaf miner. Eggs laid on foodplant close to ground. Larva mines a white
gallery which soon forms into a blotch. This is spun internally which
causes the leaf edge to curl up. Pupates in the mine. |
